"When I first noticed some roof issues on my house in Buford, I called my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster. Their opinion was only partial hail damage. After considering my options and reaching out to friends from the area, I was referred to Bradley Kinnett. He stopped out one night after work and physically got on the roof. After he inspected the entire roof, he explained there was more than just minor hail damage. From there, he coordinated another meeting with the adjuster and got on the roof again with the adjuster! After all the orange circles were marked and all details reviewed, the adjuster agreed the roof needed to be replaced. From there, Bradley scheduled a time when he and his crew could complete the work. I left for work one morning and they were already getting started! "I don't even know where to begin but Bradley Kinnett of Mason Exteriors was a god send! We had a leak in our roof and a friend suggested Mason Exteriors. Bradley volunteered to be present when the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof. He got up on the roof with the adjuster and was able to point out damage that convinced the adjuster to replace the entire roof, not just the area where the leak was. They determined there was hail damage. His team put down tarps to minimize mess and protect our bushes and shrubs. They were efficient, respectful and cleaned up when they finished the job. We had problems with our mortgage company releasing the funds as they made us jump through multiple hoops. Bradley was patient, kind and extremely understanding.
